The 7-week online trainings, are a powerful platform to dive deeply into the sacred teachings of the inner and outer worlds in a potent and focused environment. Through her lectures, workshops and private mentoring practice, Shannon has worked with thousands of individuals on all levels of the Initiatic Path for over 17 years.
Shannon has been consciously connected to the Wisdom of the Divine Mother since she was a young girl of 2 years old. Her journey as a public teacher began in New York City in 1999 after a career in theatre and dance, when she started teaching classes on yoga and spirituality in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan. That work quickly grew into something much deeper when she was intuitively called to work with countless women to help them heal their sexuality by deepening their connection to the divine feminine wisdom and the fertility teachings. Shannon received the teachings in meditation and began to share them with the women she was working with in New York. During that time, she was led to continue her studies in the ancient wisdom of Gnosticism, Kabbalah, Alchemy and Tantra though several powerful channels.
By the year 2000, Shannon was working intimately with the metaphysical teachings of the Body of Light and Inner Alchemy. At that point, the traditional platform of teaching yoga was no longer enough to express the powerful Wisdom of Sophia to western audiences. Shannon created and founded Light Body Yoga™ at the end of 2003, launched it in 2004, and the Divine Feminine Wisdom for the Age of Love began to pour through her. As a result of her direct experience and realization of the Mysteries of the Divine Feminine, Shannon has been recognized as a powerful, intuitive voice for the depths of the Goddess and Her healing, alchemical wisdom of Divine Love.
